Jill has become part of the KIRE team at a pivotal time, with 2024 marking the most successful year in Kiawah’s history with $1.07 billion in closed sales. KIRE also set a record for the highest grossing year in the firm’s history with $819 million in closed sales, representing nearly 80% of the total Island-wide sales volume for the year.
