  • Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented Cummins Inc. in the sale of a 32,500-square-foot industrial building at 4500 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston to Green Start Charleston LLC for $3,800,000.
  • Markus Kastenholz, CCIM and Remington Beatty represented American Residential Services LLC in the leasing of 24,800 square feet of industrial space at 2548 Oscar Johnson Drive in North Charleston.
  • Maddy Stout represented AguaSeal Acquisition LLC in the leasing of 7,500 square feet of industrial space at 7269 Cross Park Drive in North Charleston.
  • Maddy Stout represented GoodUnited in the sublease of 6,552 square feet of office space at 804 Meeting Street in Charleston to Health First Advisors Inc.
  • Jarred Watts represented IBX Performance Training in the leasing of 3,772 square feet of industrial space at 5660 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.
  • Kristie Roe and Maddy Stout represented Ice House Project LLC in the lease of 2,387 square feet of office space to Insurance Office of America Inc. and 1,877 square feet of office space to BioHabitats at The Ice House, 4287 Spruill Avenue in North Charleston.
  • Maddy Stout represented Oceanic Counseling Group LLC in the leasing of 1,204 square feet of office space at 2179 Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston.
  • Maddy Stout represented the landlord, The Opportunity Center, Inc., in multiple leases of executive office space at The Opportunity Center, 8750 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston; Stout also represented the tenants, The Financial Transformation in the leasing of 100 square feet and Oceanic Counseling in the leasing of 148 square feet.
