Johannes Kellermann

Johannes Kellermann is the president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC. With over 15 years of leadership in the automotive industry, Kellerman brings extensive experience in operations management, efficiency improvement, and digital transformation. He holds a degree in industrial engineering and management from the University of Karlsruhe, with a specialization in automotive engineering, supply chain management, and business administration. Throughout his career at Mercedes-Benz, he has held a range of leadership positions spanning production, consulting, and corporate strategy, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation. Prior to his current role, Kellerman was COO at Mercedes-Benz Plant Ludwigsfelde GmbH in Germany, while in parallel serving as head of operational excellence for the global Mercedes-Benz Van division. Earlier in his career, he worked as a partner at Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting and a Lean Manufacturing Consultant and Trainer.
