Kevin Phillips

Mayor Kevin Phillips is serving his first term as mayor of the Town of Port Royal, having previously served on Town Council from 2020 to 2023. An attorney by profession with the Schiller & Hamilton Law Firm, he is committed to using his experience, leadership, and sense of duty to help guide Port Royal’s continued growth and strengthen the community that he and his family are proud to call home. Deeply dedicated to public service, Phillips believes that the town has given him far more than he could ever repay, and he approaches his work with a sincere desire to give back in every way he can. Under his leadership, Port Royal continues to advance initiatives in environmental preservation, responsible growth management, and engagement with local residents and small businesses — efforts that reflect the town’s values and its vision for a thriving future.
